Beautifully presented and prepared with care by a Man in a Kilt !
During Breakfast, in our bright and sunny Dining Room, you will find fresh flowers, luxurious linen napkins, top quality cutlery, and full size mugs for your coffee or tea.
Special dietary needs are welcome; vegetarian, vegan, diabetic, dairy free, gluten free, nut free
Our breakfast menu is largely locally sourced and includes choices for those with specialty diets
All food locally sourced & organic where possible - we proudly support our local farmers, butchers, and other businesses
Locally made Haggis, Sausage, Tattie Scones.  We use 'JB Houston, Quality Butchers', featured on TV's  'View from River Cottage' program
Locally made Marmalades, Jams, Honey, & Butter Curls served in wee pots- NOT fiddly foil packets
Local Eggs from free range, vegetarian fed chickens
Scottish Porridge served however you like it: with salt, brown sugar, honey, butter, milk or even a shot of whisky on top!
Choice of fresh brewed Coffee, Decaf Coffee, Tea, Decaf Tea, several different Herbal Teas and Fruit Juices. We proudly use 'Fairtrade' Coffee and Tea at Ferintosh.
Choice of seasonal Fruit and several different Breakfast Cereals
HP Brown Sauce, Heinz Tomato Ketchup, and a huge bottle of Tabasco are available for your use... and none of them are in messy sachets
We now have Vegemite and Marmite!
Bloody Mary’s and Mimosa/Bucks Fizz available
Our breakfast room is never locked… our guests may use it anytime of day.
Early start? No problem. If you need to leave before breakfast you may help yourself to fruit, cereal, and/or juice before heading off
We are happy to make our guests a bacon buttie or sausage sandwich (or bacon piece, or sausage sannie) to go… we are also happy to fill your flask or give you a cup of tea or coffee to go

We will be delighted to prepare vegetarian sausages, black pudding, smoked salmon, 
or other special items by request
..... if you give us at least 24 hours notice.
